Magellan Aerospace Facility
During phase 1, we managed the design and build of Magellan Aerospace’s new 220,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, retaining over 300 jobs in the process. In phase 2, we managed the demolition and environmental cleanup of redundant buildings and are now adding a 600,000 sq. ft. industrial logistics facility.

Ontario Tech University
Shouldering 100% of the delivery risk, we optioned and renovated 85,000 sq. ft. of the century-old Faculty & Humanities building, including modernizing the interior common areas, classrooms, and library. On exit we also helped negotiate a 30-year lease-to-own contract with the university.
George Brown College Waterfront Medical Sciences Building
Working with George Brown College, we successfully managed the municipal approvals, design, and site work for their new Medical Sciences building on the waterfront campus. We also helped them secure a 100,000 sq. ft. lease for academic space in the redeveloped Toronto Sun building.
Our team acted as the Development Manager working with the City of Toronto’s economic development agency to design and construct a 500,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility for Corus Entertainment on the Toronto Waterfront. We then repositioned the building and sold it to an institutional investor, returning a significant profit to the City of Toronto.

Representing the second phase of our Fengate partnership with Ontario Tech University, we managed the approvals, land acquisition and rezoning, design, construction, and eventual leasing of this mixed-use on-campus residential building.
In partnership with the Barrie YMCA, we managed the land acquisition, rezoning, official plan amendment, and preliminary site plan to create four purpose-built rental buildings containing 925 units. We also facilitated the final sale of the properties to Skyline REIT.
Purpose-Built Rental Land Assembly
Our team assembled 13 acres of land, processed the development approvals, and eventually sold this 260-unit project comprised of 200 purpose-built rental units and 60 condominium townhouses in Collingwood. We also managed the eventual sale to Skyline REIT.
Just a quick walk to the Weston UP Express and Go Train Station, Weston Village is a 9-storey purpose-built rental building featuring a mix of traditional and coliving suites.
With innovative built-in technology like solar panel siding, our St. Catherine’s development will feature traditional suites within an energy efficient and conveniently located building.
Alphabet Self Storage
Our team handled the land acquisition, financing, and development of five self-storage facilities for Alphabet Self Storage, resulting in more than 700,000 sq. ft. of development. We also secured the sale of these facilities to Canadian public company Storage Vault, providing exceptional returns to our partners and investors.
We helped create an investment group that took a 50% interest in Storage Spot – an operating self storage business owned by Strategic Storage in the U.S. We also managed the business before facilitating its sale, delivering a substantial profit to our investment partners.
