UNIVERSITY OF ONTARIO INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, OSHAWA
University of Ontario Institute of Technology, Oshawa: Shouldering 100% delivery risk, eDEV optioned and renovated 85,000 square feet of a century old building. As part of project delivery eDEV negotiated a 30 year lease to own contract with the university and a forward sale to a pension fund investment group.
MULCASTER STREET, BARRIE
Mulcaster Street, Barrie: Optioned Mulcaster Street, rezoned for high end rental and sold.
ALPHABET SELF STORAGE
Alphabet Self Storage: In 2016 sourced the locations and then financed and developed two self storage facilities. One a 96,000 greenfield project in Kitchener and the other a 175,000 renovation in Mississauga. A third facility is currently being planned for development.
Barrie YMCA: 925 unit rental project.
Storage Spot: put together an investment group that took a 50% interest in an operating self storage business, Storage Spot. Edev managed the business and it was sold two years later, giving investors a substantial profit.

Launched the Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg. Managed design and construction budget for a $300M project. Former member of senior management team at O&Y Properties. Development of 500,000 sq. Maritime Life Tower, Toronto.
